Services : Keyons Group IT Solutions provides a variety of information technology services (“Services”) to customers in North America and the EU. The Services may include Help Desk Support, Hardware and Software Repairs, Home Network Setup/Configuration, Scam Protection, Computer Tune-Ups, Email Protection/Investigation, Data Recovery, Malware/Virus Removal and other related services.
- Introduction
By accessing or using any Keyons Group IT Solutions services, the customer agrees to be bound by these Terms and Conditions of Service. It is the customer’s responsibility to read and understand these terms before using Keyons Group IT Solutions. If the customer disagrees with any of these terms, they should not access or use the services or the website. - Fees
The customer agrees to pay Keyons Group IT Solutions all applicable fees relating to the services. Fees will be billed on a recurring basis until the services are terminated and or changed. Keyons Group IT Solutions reserves the right to change its fees at any time. The customer is responsible for all taxes imposed on services or related goods and services. - Payment
The customer will pay all fees when they are due. If payment is not made on time, Keyons Group IT Solutions reserves the right to suspend or terminate the service. - Ownership and Intellectual Property
All of the services provided by Keyons Group IT Solutions and all its manuals, content, software, databases, and related material remain the sole property of Keyons Group IT Solutions. - Confidentiality
Keyons Group IT Solutions agrees to maintain the confidentiality of any Personal identifiable information (PII) disclosed to it during the provision of services. Keyons Group IT Solutions may only use such confidential information for the purposes of managing or providing services. - Privacy and Policy
The customer agrees to be bound by the Keyons Group IT Solutions Privacy and Policy statement, as amended from time to time. The customer should read the Privacy and Policy statement before accessing or using the website. - Limitation Of Liability
Keyons Group IT Solutions will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or misuse of the services or website. - Termination Of Services
The customer may terminate services per the contract signed. If services are terminated, Keyons Group IT Solutions will provide a refund where possible for any fees paid for, which have not been utilized. - Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be governed by the laws of the Country, State, Province, or Region where Keyons Group IT Solutions has an established business. - Entire Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between the customer and Keyons Group IT Solutions It is assumed that being a Customer or Client of Keyons Group IT Solutions, you have read, understood, and agree to our Terms and Conditions.
